Coco Gifts, named after my beautiful best friend who sadly left us at the beginning of covid, will be opertaing on a smaller scale than Leaf however my aim is to be able to keep supplying you all with same fantastic best selling lines, if you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to contact me!
The majority of our items are hand made in Bali, Indonesia. Sourcing directly from the place of manufacture allows us to build on our existing relationships with the extremely talented craftspeople and ensure they are paid a fair price for their skills!
The materials that are used for our products include bamboo root, albsia, parasite, gamal and wood from non-productive coffee trees. These are all fast growing plants and our craftspeople also use left overs from the furniture industry and the roots of the bamboo plants, helping to ensure that nothing is wasted and that production of these beautiful handicrafts is a fully sustainable practice.
A close relationship has been formed with each supplier and an understanding of fair trade from all concerned has made a natural practice from the onset.
I try to use recycled packaging materials wherever possible helping to reduce our waste as well as our costs - which hopefully reflects in our pricing too. I am also working towards going completely paperless - so all order confirmations and invoices will be online only!
